| Summary |
At present， a compensation in membrane materials is determined by the result of a biaxial loading tests. So，there are some cases that re-tension on fabric is necessary for the relaxation of membrane materials alter construction.
This paper deals with the method to set a compensation to keep the initial tension alter the relaxation by means of grasping the visco-elasticity and the fabric characteristics by using a model of a membrane material on results of an uniaxial loading test， the analysis and the experiment about a mock-up test structure.
